According to ChainCatcher, Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, posted on social media, “There will be a large number of spot ETH ETF S-1 amendments from tomorrow to Friday… In my opinion, based on Bitwise’s application yesterday, there seems to be nothing worthy of the SEC’s processing or comment. I still think it will be launched before July 4. I would not be surprised to see another or two issuers apply for an ETF that combines spot BTC and ETH in the next week or so.”

ChainCatcher reported that according to The Block, the global Ethereum exchange-traded product (ETP) outperformed the Bitcoin ETP in the past week before the first Ethereum spot ETF in the United States is expected to be launched on July 2. Data shows that Ethereum ETP has had a net inflow of 86,472 ETH for four consecutive weeks, while Bitcoin ETP has a net outflow of 12,523 BTC. Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan pointed out that investors should consider diversifying their allocations and adding Ethereum spot ETFs to capture more blockchain use cases. It is expected that eight companies including BlackRock and Fidelity will push the listing application of Ethereum spot ETFs through final approval.
