Odaily Odaily News: Lin Chen, head of Asia-Pacific business at Deribit, wrote on X that today’s largest BTC option was when a user bought a $61,000 put option on August 9 (this Friday), totaling 250 BTC, and paid a premium of $916,000.

Odaily data shows that the notional value of the outstanding BTC options positions on the entire network has dropped to $18.702 billion, and the notional value of the outstanding ETH options positions is $5.686 billion.

The total BTC options open interest has decreased to $18.702 billion, and the ETH options open interest is $5.686 billion.

Odaily data shows that the total open interest of BTC futures contracts across the network is 536,400 BTC, equivalent to $31.192 billion, with a 24-hour decline of 3.38%. Among them, the open interest of CME BTC contracts is 140,700 BTC (equivalent to $8.17 billion), ranking first, with a 24-hour decline of 3.38%; the open interest of Binance BTC contracts is 129,800 BTC (equivalent to $7.545 billion), ranking second, with a 24-hour decline of 1.8%.
