Odaily reports that Layer 2 solution Optimism has announced the adoption of the ERC-7683 cross-chain intent standard, which was jointly proposed by Across and Uniswap Labs. This move aims to achieve high-speed ETH and USDC transfers on the Superchain and further promote application-layer interoperability across the broader Ethereum ecosystem. Optimism has integrated Across' intent-based bridging solution, providing fast bridging capabilities for the Superchain ecosystem through the Superbridge and Brid.gg interfaces. This aligns with Vitalik's vision for Ethereum's future, committed to addressing the decentralization issues within and outside the Superchain ecosystem. Optimism plans to achieve protocol-level interoperability by adding native interoperability to the OP Stack and leverage open-source standard interfaces to promote application-layer interoperability.
