According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa monitored that the suspected Binance address 0xE69 initiated a withdrawal request for 190,000 ETH (worth approximately US$513 million) on Arbitrum in the past week.
Perhaps it is to deal with the situation of "a large amount of Arb ETH recharged to Binance but mainnet ETH was withdrawn". At present, the first 20,000 ETH withdrawn has passed the waiting period and recharged back to the Binance hot wallet.
