Bitcoin price reached $65,000 for the first time in about three weeks, thanks to the market's renewed demand for US Bitcoin spot ETFs. There are signs that the Federal Reserve will ease its monetary policy. On Monday, Bitcoin rose 1.2% to $65,030, before retreating to around $64,000. Last week, Bitcoin rose 7.4%, the highest weekly gain since mid-July.

Federal Reserve Chairman Powell said on Friday that the time for policy adjustment has arrived, and that he does not seek or welcome further cooling of the labor market, and is more confident in the return of inflation to 2%. The Wall Street Journal reported that Powell has issued the strongest signal for rate cuts to date, indicating that the Federal Reserve intends to take action to prevent further weakening of the US labor market. This also suggests that the global market's liquidity backdrop will become more favorable.

Data shows that Powell's signal has stimulated a net inflow of $2.52 into US spot Bitcoin ETFs, the highest level in over a month. These funds have attracted capital inflows for 7 consecutive days.

Cici Lu McCalman, founder of blockchain consulting firm Venn Link Partners, said, "All eyes are on the Federal Reserve." He added that a rate cut in September could boost Bitcoin.
