Artificial intelligence (AI)-related cryptocurrencies have outperformed the broader market after Apple announced efforts to integrate AI technology into its smartphones.
AI-related decentralized blockchain platform Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) has gained about 10% over the past 24 hours, becoming the best performing Token among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap. Smaller Token have also seen significant growth, with ChartAI’s EYE leading the way with a gain of more than 54%.

In contrast, major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), along with other prominent cryptocurrencies, faced a price drop after crypto-friendly U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump performed poorly in the debate with Kamala Harris.
Apple's "It's Glowtime" event on Monday focused on integrating AI capabilities into its smartphone products. The Nasdaq-listed company introduced new AI features, including writing tools, smarter Siri responses, and advanced photo and video editing tools under the Apple Intelligence brand. These features will be available in iOS 18.1 and later.
A key highlight of Apple Intelligence is the Software Development Kit (SDK) (SDK), which allows developers to build apps based on on-device models while maintaining security and privacy through Private Cloud Compute.
Although the event did not mention cryptocurrencies or blockchain, many market participants believe that Apple Intelligence will have a positive impact on blockchain projects, including cryptocurrencies.
“As people are now discussing Apple Intelligence on mobile devices, I believe that very quickly, crypto will become the focus,” said Pranav Maheshwari, engineer at Graph Protocol, Chia on X.
“Consumers will increasingly expect to see blockchain and cryptocurrency payments integrated into their phones. Watch this change – it will start slowly and then come suddenly.”
Apple Intelligence 'Personal Intelligence' Unveiled
Apple Intelligence artificial intelligence system can grasp the user's personal context and make support suggestions.
At WWDC 2024 - Apple's biggest technology event of the year, taking place in the early morning of June 11 in the US, the company first introduced the concept of "Apple Intelligence", described as a personal intelligence system for iPhone, iPad and Mac. CEO Tim Cook called this "Apple's new chapter" and promised to completely change the way users use products.
"Our approach is to combine AI with generative with the user's personal context to deliver truly useful intelligence. At the same time, it accesses information in a completely private and secure way, so users can do the things that matter most to them," Cook said.
Similar to many current generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Apple Intelligence has the ability to read, understand and create text, images and audio content. However, the difference comes from deep integration into the platform, allowing this AI to understand the user's context and be used anywhere instead of having to access a separate application.

AI is also built into Writing Tools across iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia. In editors, like email, users can ask WHO Correct errors, create different style versions of emails, summarize received emails, or understand the content to provide timely reminders.
With images, Apple Intelligence supports creating your own emojis with Genmoji, creating portraits of friends with Image Playground to include in conversations or notes. In addition, according to Apple, AI also helps in finding information, allowing users to make search queries similar to spoken language.

Photo: AppleWith this system, Apple says virtual assistant Siri their "entering a new era," thanks to richer language understanding, context capture, and natural, personalized responses that simplify and speed up everyday tasks. In addition, Apple will also integrate ChatGPT on operating systems from the end of this year.
To use AI while protecting users' personal data, the company said Apple Intelligence is processed directly on the device and combined with the Private Cloud Compute cloud processing system. These models all run on servers powered by Apple Silicon to ensure that data will not be stored or disclosed.
Apple Intelligence is free, but is only available in English, and is compatible with iOS 18, iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia. Additional features, software platforms, and languages will be added next year. Apple Intelligence will work on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPad, as well as Macs with M1 chips and later.
