PANews reported on September 17 that blockchain infrastructure provider RISC Zero announced the launch of the verifiable computing layer Boundless, which supports developers to perform unlimited execution on any chain and has global composability and on-demand scalability features.
Boundless uses ZK to enable verifiable off-chain execution for any chain. This means that any application can be built off-chain while inheriting the security of the blockchain, without block/transaction/execution restrictions.
Additionally, Boundless will support advanced applications:
-DEX with CEX-like UX, access to liquidity of all chains;
-Verifiable AI interaction with on-chain results;
-ZK-wrapper for centralized IDs.
In the meantime, RISC Zero partners are helping test and refine Boundless in preparation for the launch of a public testnet.
