Microsoft to open two artificial intelligence centers in Abu Dhabi

Odaily Odaily reported that Microsoft continues to advance its global layout of artificial intelligence and will set up two major centers in Abu Dhabi to promote the development of artificial intelligence technology. Microsoft said that its first artificial intelligence center in Abu Dhabi will focus on identifying, developing and promoting best practices and industry standards for the responsible use of artificial intelligence in the Middle East and the global south. Microsoft said that the establishment of an artificial intelligence center will help develop policies to manage the use and design of artificial intelligence applications. It also aims to develop rules to incorporate digital security and cybersecurity plans into model training and deployment, and will establish processes to "strengthen the defense of artificial intelligence systems against detection, testing and attacks."
