According to Foresight News , blockchain platform Chromia announced at TOKEN2049 Singapore that it will set up a $20 million Data and AI Ecosystem Fund, which aims to support data-intensive projects and AI applications and will be led by Chromia Business Development Director Yeou Jie.
In addition, Chromia also announced plans to upgrade the "Asgard"mainnet in the fourth quarter of 2024. This upgrade will introduce customized "extensions" that bring new functionality to the platform. These extensions will be available to native Chromia DApps and external clients. Proposed extensions include oracle solutions, artificial intelligence model calculations, and support for data availability and zero-knowledge proofs.
