MicroStrategy Announces Pricing of Convertible Senior Notes Offering, Expected to Close on September 19

Odaily Odaily News MicroStrategy announced the pricing of its $875 million 0.625% convertible senior notes due in 2028. These notes will be sold in a private placement to institutional buyers who have reason to believe that they are qualified. MicroStrategy also granted the initial purchasers of the notes the option to purchase up to $135 million in total principal within 13 days from the date of the first issuance of the notes. This issuance is an increase from the previously announced $700 million in total principal amount of notes. The issuance is expected to be completed on September 19, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
