US presidential candidate Donald Trump has used BTC to buy a burger.
The purchase was made at a Bitcoin friendly bar called PubKey in New York City.
Many are taking it as further evidence that Trump is serious about his crypto stance.

According to an announcement made by the Louisiana Department of Finance on the 17th, Louisiana State Treasurer John Fleming stated that the state government plans to accept cryptocurrency as a legal method of payment for state service fees, allowing digital currency to be integrated into Louisiana's public operations:

"In today's digital age, government systems must continually evolve and embrace new technologies. By introducing cryptocurrency as a payment option, we are not only innovating, but also providing citizens with flexibility and freedom in their interactions with state services. Furthermore, this unique innovation also shields our state from the volatility of cryptocurrency."
