3. Jupiter perps v2, including 3 updates:

Dove Oracle Standard: leverages chaotic pricing data and uses Pyth as a backup oracle;
Gas-free transactions: Admins are responsible for handling Gas, speeding up transactions and enhancing the trading experience.
