BTC Restaking Catching Fire
The Bitcoin ecosystem is one of the hottest in all of crypto. In the last 30 days, Bitcoin experienced higher TVL growth in percentage terms than Base, Sui and Solana - second only to Aptos among large chains.
The growth went into overdrive in September, beginning the month at $600M in TVL. TVL today? $2 billion.
TVL growth is even clearer in BTC terms. 9,000 BTC in September to 28,000 BTC today.
Each week I calculate the biggest changes in category TVL and share them with Dynamo DeFi Pro members to help catch opportunities early. One of the standout growth metrics in last week’s edition was Restaked BTC, up over 900% in 7 days.
