Former ParaFi Capital partner launches private equity fund Inversion Capital

Santos believes that some companies can solve coordination problems through the use of crypto tools, which "manifest as higher operating costs, capital expenditures, or unit economics deterioration." Whether business owners are willing to accept cryptocurrencies is irrelevant, as Inversion Capital will not become an investment partner - it will directly acquire these companies.
