Interpol, the world's largest international criminal police organization, issued a "red notice" for Richard Schueler (also known as Richard Heart), on charges of tax fraud and assault.

Richard Heart is the founder of Ponzi schemes that have raised massive Capital in the past, such as Pulsechain, PulseX and Hex.
The announcement was made after the Finnish authorities issued a detention order against Schueler on 13/09. According to Yle, the Finnish national broadcaster, Schueler is suspected of tax evasion during the period from 02/06/2020 to 02/04/2024.
Helsinki police officer Harri Saaristola said that Schueler's reported income did not match the tax authorities' estimates. Additionally, Schueler is accused of assaulting a 16-year-old victim, in which he is alleged to have grabbed the victim's hair, pulled them into the stairwell, and pushed them to the floor.
However, the red notice is not an international arrest warrant, but rather a notification to member countries that this person is wanted based on an arrest warrant or equivalent judicial decision from a country or international court.
Schueler is also on the list of Europe's most wanted criminals. As of now, Schueler has not commented on the arrest warrant, and he remains active on social media. In a post on X on December 22, he wrote:
"The haters who want to take me down should raise more than the $27M I donated to medical research. Nothing angers those who hate you more than your success."

In addition to the legal issues, Schueler is also facing a lawsuit from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) since 07/2023, related to the illegal offering of 3 Tokens: HEX, PulseChain (PLS) and PulseX (PSLX).
The SEC alleges that Schueler raised over $1 billion through sham securities offerings, misappropriating at least $12 million of customer funds for personal use. He also allegedly promoted these Tokens as a path to quick wealth.
As of 22/08, Schueler has requested the court to dismiss the SEC's lawsuit. However, the securities regulator has objected, and affirmed that they have the full authority to file the lawsuit.
