Ethereum developers: The Ethereum Foundation lacks a sense of competition and is increasingly out of touch with the community

Foresight News reported that Eric Conner, an early Ethereum developer, wrote that as Vitalik Buterin gradually steps back, the Ethereum Foundation (EF) is becoming increasingly opaque and disconnected from the community. He pointed out that the EF currently exhibits an "anti-victory and competitive mentality," which has led many community members to question whether they should stay. Eric stated that leadership, culture, and community are all important, but the EF is currently more inclined to focus on "goodwill" and emotional issues rather than understanding the community's demands for change. As an early participant in the Ethereum ecosystem and a co-founder of Ethhub, Eric said he may have lost his passion for Ethereum, but he still hopes Ethereum can succeed.
