UTXO and Sora Ventures acquire majority stake in HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong listed company

Odaily reports that UTXO Management has announced a strategic Web3 acquisition in collaboration with Sora Ventures. The two companies have acquired 70.26% of the issued share capital of HK Asia Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company, and plan to rename the company to Moon Inc. The new leadership team is committed to creating higher returns for the business and shareholders, and plans to leverage its resources and experience to invest in Bitcoin, Web3, and cryptocurrencies. It is reported that UTXO and Sora Ventures have previously assisted the Japanese listed company Metaplanet in expanding its Web3 and Bitcoin strategy.
