On February 3, according to official information, David S. Goyer, the screenwriter of "The Dark Knight" and "Blade," has launched a science fiction project "Emergence" based on blockchain and AI, aiming to disrupt the traditional Hollywood model through a decentralized creative platform. The project was launched on the Incention platform of Story on January 28, using smart contracts to record the community's contributions to intellectual property rights and paying rewards through cryptocurrencies. Goyer has created the story framework for the project, planning to build an open world similar to "Star Wars" or the Marvel Universe, allowing professional and ordinary creators to participate in the creation. The AI assistant Atlas will be responsible for reviewing the creativity and ensuring the consistency of the content. Currently, about 500 creators have participated in the test, and there are plans to launch comics, animations, novels, and film and television works within the next five years.
