We have had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the senior management, shareholders, including Mr. Luoyuxiang himself, of Lingkong Games, including telephone conferences and tens of thousands of messages, on the empowerment model of tokens, community management and future development. Lingkong Games has understood the development process of $SHOWA from the beginning to the end. We reserve the right to publish all conversations, recordings and texts. Secondly, Oneness Labs has indeed become a shareholder of Lingkong Games by acquiring the company shares held by Troy Dunniway, the co-founder of Lingkong Games. This acquisition transaction has been confirmed by Troy Dunniway himself. Denying Oneness Labs' status as a shareholder and the legitimacy of $SHOWA is a malicious and dishonest act, and also seriously damages the interests of Oneness Labs as a shareholder of Lingkong. Yesterday, Lingkong Games issued a statement saying that Lingkong Games has never had any business cooperation with Oneness Labs, nor has it ever negotiated any equity transactions with Oneness Labs.
