Today (2.9), I noticed that some of the partners in the group were discussing the topic of Deepseek, so I also came up to temporarily add an article and share my own views.

In fact, just a few days ago, a partner left a message raising a rather interesting question. He said: I've been reading fewer articles lately, and I've been using ChatGPT and Deepseek to ask questions and analyze the market (Tips: you can directly send a K-line screenshot and ask for your analysis results and trading strategies), I feel that bloggers like you may be eliminated by AI in the future.

This question is probably something that many bloggers are currently considering, but to be honest, it has basically no impact on me personally. Moreover, I also like to research new things. When ChatGPT was just released, I had already registered and started using it. If I encounter some difficulties or things I don't understand, I also like to use ChatGPT and Deepseek to ask questions. It is obvious that I now use ChatGPT more frequently than Google.

In fact, in my previous articles, I have also expressed my own views. Writing articles (taking notes) is just a form of self-reflection and review. I like to use words to record my own thoughts and reflect on them from time to time, as shown in the figure below.

Furthermore, being a blogger is just an additional identity for me. My "core work" is actually to participate in trading as a retail investor, although I only do a few trades per year on average, but that is my true "work". As for the self-media aspect, we just need to stick to our original intention: even if only 1 person reads it, it's good, and helping 1 person counts. As shown in the figure below.

I always believe that in the process of learning or improving cognition, only mutual input can make the learning effect more lasting. The current AI is just a tool to improve the effect. If we continue to discuss it logically, then Talk Li Talk Outside is more like a "bridge", mainly playing a "connecting" role, and a circle will be formed around Talk Li Talk Outside.

For any circle, the core value it can play is mainly 3 types: positive companionship, emotional value, and wealth code. Partners helping each other is a kind of positive companionship, and the daily information exchange between partners is emotional value. Talk Li Talk Outside can provide the first two (as for the wealth code... hold Bitcoin).

Perhaps you can choose to chat and keep company with various AI robots, but there are still some differences. To give a simple example, we spend a lot of time and energy in this field (writing articles), we will select and filter from a large amount of information, and then output the encryption topics and encryption content that we think are currently of interest, and add some personal experience review, thinking and views. This level of passive knowledge acquisition is different from actively asking a question to an AI robot (provided that you already know what you want to ask), and then receiving a bunch of standard template answers.

Of course, if you just chat with AI robots, then you can already treat them as "human beings", and even "human beings" with good temper and personality.

In short, from the current development and progress of Deepseek (including ChatGPT and other tools), it can indeed replace those self-media that cannot provide circle culture, personalized information, positive companionship and emotional value. But I personally don't care about this result. If Deepseek can also progress to the point of directly replacing Talk Li Talk Outside (or similar self-media), it will also be a good thing for this field, as encryption will become unstoppable and more people will easily access this field. And what I need to do is to continue to accept it and use it well to serve myself.

Everyone has the right to choose for themselves. I will stick to doing the things I like to do, and you can also choose the way you think is good to face a field or the world. In a relatively unfree environment, just cherish your freedom of choice.

Next, let's take a look at what other interesting things have happened in the past two days:

- Will Uniswap drop out of the top 10 TVL?

Currently, Uniswap's total TVL ranking is falling behind, and it even has the trend of dropping out of the top 10. As shown in the figure below.

Didn't Uniswap just launch V4 a couple of weeks ago? How come its position is not secure? Now it seems that even TRON's JustLend and Morpho are catching up with Uniswap.

The change in TVL, in a sense, seems to also mean that more liquidity is flowing out of UNI and into other pools with better yield, such as the staking protocol Lido, the re-staking protocol Eigenlayer, as well as Aave/Pendle/Maker, and some liquidity may even directly flow into the relatively better pools on the Solana chain, such as Raydium.

Money always follows the profit, for example, taking the WBTC/ETH pool in UNI as an example, the current APR is 1.53% without considering impermanent loss, as shown in the figure below.

While the pools in Raydium that we mentioned above seem to have a higher APR than this (of course, you also need to consider the issue of token price fluctuation and IL), as shown in the figure below.

If you were in my shoes, what choice would you make?

Of course, to be fair, UNI is still a very good and safe project, and their current pools are mainly V2 and V3. Whether the newly launched V4 can change this situation or bring better results remains to be observed for a period of time. Or, if one day UNI also directly migrates to the Solana chain, what will happen then...

- Kanye West exposed a MemeCoin scam

A few days ago, the well-known rapper Kanye West publicly posted that someone offered $2 million to have him post a token CA (contract address) on X, and then Kanye could come out and claim that his X account was hacked. Kanye even shared a screenshot of the offer, but the identity of the person who approached Kanye is unclear, as shown in the figure below.

However, based on Kanye's current personal statements and performance, he seems to have the idea of issuing his own token. Kanye is currently actively seeking contact with Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong through the X platform.

With the public exposure and fermentation of this incident, it is said that some partners have already withdrawn SOL from the exchange to the chain, preparing to rush in, and Polymarket (a prediction market) has also opened a corresponding market, but the odds of Kanye himself issuing a MemeCoin have already dropped from 40% a few days ago to 8% now, as shown in the figure below.

- Ethereum Pectra Upgrade

Ethereum developers have confirmed the dates for the Pectra upgrade, with the Holesky testnet scheduled for release on February 26, the Sepolia testnet on March 5, and the mainnet launch in April. As shown in the image below.

As for whether this can have a positive impact on the struggling ETH price in the coming months, it's hard to say.

While I remain bullish on ETH, the liquidity of ETH has indeed been significantly fragmented and dispersed. For example, if you are bullish on the Solana ecosystem, the only option seems to be SOL, but if you are bullish on the Ethereum ecosystem, there are over 100 ETH L2 projects to choose from, many of which have also issued their own tokens.

Additionally, the arrogance and complacency of the Ethereum Foundation, including Vitalik, seem to have directly impacted people's sentiment. Some even jokingly say:

Solana has TRUMP,

BSC has TST (I saw a partner in the group chat trying to chase this earlier today),

and ETH has the goods.

But still, the fundamentals of ETH remain, and I hold some ETH in addition to BTC. If Solana is good, then MEME coins may also be good, and if you want altcoins to do well, then ETH needs to do well first.

- Trump's Group to Launch Bitcoin ETF

TMTG (Trump Media & Technology Group) is considering launching three ETFs, including one that tracks the price of BTC. These three ETFs will be launched under the Truth.Fi brand, such as the Truth.Fi Bitcoin Plus ETF. They have not disclosed a timeline yet, but it is expected to be launched this year. As shown in the image below.

However, some analysts have stated that Trump's Bitcoin fund may not be able to match the asset gathering of current funds like BlackRock's IBIT, but its symbolic significance is important. The president launches MEME coins... the president launches a BTC ETF... what will the president do next!

- Is Airdrop Season Coming Again?

Currently, many projects are accelerating their TGE (Token Generation Event). A few days ago, Berachain had a mixed response, and now Solayer has also announced the token economics of LAYER, and the token economics of IP (the native token of Story) have also been announced. Other popular projects awaiting TGE include MegaETH, Initia, Eclipse, and Monad.

If I'm not mistaken, the last time various popular projects accelerated their TGE was around September and October of last year (2024), when airdrops of projects like Puffer, Swell, and CARV were quite popular, and the subsequent market performance is something we've all experienced. I wonder if history will repeat itself...

The essence of the market is the change in liquidity, and money often flows from the greedy and restless to the patient. While revering the market, we also need to maintain a certain degree of patience.

That's all for today.
