Update on Avalanche Roadmap 2025
Avalanche's 2025 roadmap focuses on key improvements, including:
- Etna Upgrade: Enhancing performance and optimizing the network.
- Avalanche9000 Campaign: Driving global expansion and increasing blockchain adoption.
- Rebranding Subnet: Repositioning Subnet as Avalanche L1, enhancing flexibility.
- Significant Gas Price Reduction: Lowering transaction costs on C-Chain and L1 blockchain deployment.
- Launch of Developer Platform: Build.avax.network.
- Multi Grants Program: Providing funding support for project development within the Avalanche ecosystem.
Breakthrough Technology: Avalanche Network 3.0 & AI Applications
Avalanche Network 3.0 will bring significant improvements in transaction speed, enabling sub-second transaction finality. Subnets now operate as Layer 1, allowing independent blockchains to function with greater flexibility.
Additionally, Avalanche is integrating AI technology by deploying the infraBUIDL(AI) – a $100 million infrastructure development fund. Avalanche also supports Kite AI in launching Blockchain AI, focusing on data processing and network scaling.
Expanding Blockchain Education & Ecosystem Development
Avalanche continues to drive interoperability solutions and develop Blockchain Bridges to enhance connectivity. Furthermore, Avalanche is intensifying educational campaigns, from global to regional levels, to increase community awareness of blockchain technology.
