Foresight News reported, according to Protos, that the resolution of the court case has been delayed by a month due to the US government claiming that the defense team of Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon needs more time to review an additional 4TB of evidence. The status conference (where lawyers from both sides discuss the current progress of the case and possible resolutions) originally scheduled for March 10 has been postponed. According to a written request submitted by the US government, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York yesterday postponed the conference to April 10. The court granted the US government's request and stated that the conference will be delayed to allow the defense to review the large amount of evidence.
The US government claimed that it submitted 600GB of evidence to the defense on February 27, including Do Kwon's mobile data, emails, and cryptocurrency transaction records. Additionally, the government stated that it expects to provide the defense with an additional 4TB of evidence before the end of next week. The court order postponing the conference states that the final trial is still scheduled for January 26, 2026.
