Odaily News reported on March 12 that at the "Bitcoin For America" summit, Republican Congressman Nick Begich of Alaska announced that he will introduce a Bitcoin bill in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2025. The bill is an updated version of the proposal made by Senator Lummis last year, proposing that the U.S. acquire 1 million , and protect the right of U.S. citizens to self-custody .
