Odaily reported that the "graduation rate" of Pump.fun's tokens has been below 1% for four consecutive weeks. On this platform, the "graduation rate" refers to the proportion of tokens that transition from the incubation stage to being fully tradable on the Solana decentralized exchange (DEX). To meet the graduation standard, tokens need to meet specific liquidity and trading requirements. Dune Analytics data shows that since February 17, Pump.fun's "graduation rate" has been below 1% for the first time in four consecutive weeks. Previously, the platform's graduation rate was not high, with the best historical performance occurring in November 2023, when 1.67% of tokens successfully entered the open market. At that time, Pump.fun created 323,000 tokens within a week, meaning that about 5,400 tokens entered the Solana DeFi ecosystem. However, with the cooling of the meme coin hype, the number of tokens created on Pump.fun and the Solana ecosystem has declined significantly. Dune data shows that as of now, the number of tokens graduating from the platform each week has dropped to around 1,500, a significant decline from its peak.
