This whale/institution received and accumulated these 34,000 ETH through platforms such as Bitfinex in March 2017, when the price of ETH was only $44, with a total value of $1.5 million.

In addition, there are limit orders prepared to add positions worth $3.915 million in LDO and UBTC, which is equivalent to holding three spot targets with the 1x long position.
