Foresight News reports that on March 26, according to the Italian media L'Union Sarda, Brendan Blumer (BB), CEO of Block.one (the parent company of Vaulta, formerly EOS) and chairman of Bullish, recently purchased the Romazzino villa for a record-breaking 160 million euros (approximately $172.8 million). Excluding the Villa Certosa, this transaction is the highest-value real estate deal in Sardinia and even in Italy.
Located in Romazzino, the villa is one of the most luxurious properties on the Costa Smeralda and was previously owned by Ahmed Zaki Yamani, the former Saudi oil minister. The mansion boasts a 350-meter coastline, spans 2.3 hectares, features 28 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, spacious terraces, two private beach entrances, two exclusive docks, three swimming pools, and approximately 23,000 square meters of gardens and facilities.
Brendan Blumer founded Gamecliff, an online gaming virtual item automated trading platform, at the age of 14. In 2010, he launched Okay.com, creating a collaborative data-sharing ecosystem for the Asia-Pacific real estate market, which later developed into Hong Kong's largest digital real estate agency. In 2017, he co-founded Block.one with Dan Larimer (BM), dedicated to blockchain technology research and development.
