According to Bloomberg, as reported by Foresight News, Sports Illustrated is collaborating with the British media company GAL to launch a prediction market called SI Predict, which will allow users to bet on anything related to sports events. SI Predict is set to be launched in the second quarter.

Their team states that SI Predict, as a non-custodial platform, does not require regulation but will comply with the regulations established by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
