On March 31, according to the official announcement, Hutao Capital announced a cooperation agreement with Waterdrip. Based on the cooperation agreement, Waterdrip and the company will collaborate and jointly invest in projects identified as consistent with the group's business, including but not limited to upstream/downstream enterprises, industry peers, and technology holders.

Waterdrip will provide services to the company, including but not limited to (i) communicating, consulting, and establishing relationships with project counterparts; (ii) participating in project development, such as project assessment, due diligence, and contract drafting; and (iii) participating in project implementation, such as problem-solving, coordination, and achieving project investment goals.

Waterdrip has rich experience in the web3.0 and blockchain fields and is committed to promoting blockchain technology development through capital influence. Waterdrip's group has invested in multiple blockchain projects, covering public chain construction, Bitcoin ecosystem, DeFi, DePIN, and RWA fields.
