The transaction is not yet confirmed, and Hidden Road has not responded to this matter.
Hidden Road raised approximately $50 million in funding over the past year, with investors including Dragonfly Capital. Sources suggest that one of its investors has proposed an acquisition. Previous reports indicated that the company is considering selling or raising funds, with a potential valuation exceeding $1 billion.
