The Ministry of Commerce has decided to add 16 U.S. entities, including High Point Aviation Technology Company, to the export control list. Exports of dual-use items to these 16 U.S. entities are prohibited, and ongoing export activities must be immediately stopped. Eleven U.S. companies, including Skadio, have been added to the list of unreliable entities. These companies are prohibited from conducting import and export activities related to China and from making new investments within China. The Ministry of Commerce stated that on April 2nd U.S. Eastern Time, the U.S. announced "reciprocal tariffs" on all trading partners, including China, and China has filed a complaint through the WTO dispute settlement mechanism. The U.S. imposition of so-called "reciprocal tariffs" seriously violates WTO rules, severely damages the legitimate rights of WTO members, and seriously undermines the rule-based multilateral trading system and international economic order.
