According to ChainCatcher's message, Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. announced that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has declared its registration statement (Form S-4) effective, which relates to the previously announced reorganization and localization from the Cayman Islands to Delaware, as well as the planned listing of Galaxy Digital Inc.'s Class A common shares on Nasdaq (the new Delaware holding company).

Galaxy Digital will hold a special shareholders meeting on May 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to approve the reorganization ("Special Meeting"). Galaxy expects to list on Nasdaq shortly after the Special Meeting, under the stock ticker GLXY, subject to completing the reorganization.
