Through smart contract systems, 15% to 30% of gas prices from each transaction on the public AB chain will be directly transferred to a dedicated charity fund. This mechanism creates an entirely new operating model for charitable fundraising—combining on-chain capital raising, automatic distribution, full-chain auditing, and third-party compliance assurance.
