El Salvador’s National Digital Asset Commission Submits Cross-Border Regulatory Sandbox Cooperation Proposal to the U.S. SEC

On April 23, Perkin Law Firm, the National Digital Assets Committee (CNAD) of El Salvador, and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC, according to the meeting minutes released by the SEC on April 22. The proposal aims to promote regulatory innovation in the digital asset field. It provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory agencies and support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
