Nexus's game-specific blockchain CROSS mainnet has been released.
On the 24th, the Open Game Foundation (OGF) of Nexus announced the launch of CROSS's first mainnet 'Adventure'. The Adventure mainnet is interconnected with Ethereum (ETH) and BNB Smart Chain (BSC).

CROSS advocates a protocol for games. It has standardized a software development kit (SDK) that can directly issue game tokens on the blockchain, allowing blockchain to be naturally integrated into games without technical and legal complexities.
Starting with this Adventure mainnet, CROSS plans to implement an alphabet-based version upgrade strategy that will continue with B, C, and D series.
The first blockchain game based on CROSS, 'Ragnarok: Monster World', was also unveiled that day. Ragnarok: Monster World introduced a partial subscription payment model instead of the existing partial free-to-play structure. Game users can store and trade in-game assets such as items, characters, and tokens in their wallet 'CrossX'.
Meanwhile, Nexus is developing its blockchain business by establishing a technical agreement with the independent Open Game Foundation, established in Zug, Switzerland last month, for mainnet construction and operation. Nexus will be responsible for game development and services, while the foundation will oversee blockchain and virtual asset operations, following a conservative management approach.
