CoinGecko: 87% of crypto users are willing to let AI manage some of their assets

According to the latest survey by CoinGecko, despite 37.5% of cryptocurrency users expressing distrust in AI managing their crypto wallets, 87.1% of respondents are still willing to let AI manage at least one-tenth of their investment portfolio. Notably, 14.5% of respondents (approximately one-seventh) are even willing to entrust all their crypto assets to AI. Opinions on AI's trading capabilities remain divided, with about half believing AI outperforms humans in most cases, while the other half remains skeptical. In short-term trading, 48.7% are optimistic about AI's performance, while 46.6% support AI in long-term investments. The survey was conducted between February and March 2025, involving 2,632 crypto participants from around the world, with 51% being long-term investors and 26% being short-term traders.
