According to Bloomberg, CZ said in a speech at the Carlton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur: "From the period of former US President Joe Biden cracking down on the digital asset industry to Trump embracing the digital asset industry, this has triggered a 180-degree change in the thinking of global regulators. Given the current US support for cryptocurrencies, all other governments must actually improve their competitiveness to retain talent, attract funds and investments, so I do encourage most governments to be more progressive than the United States."
In addition, CZ stated that his Web3 education platform Giggle Academy currently does not provide a job market, but plans to launch one in the future. CZ said that the Giggle platform can help children aged 14 and above in emerging markets (including Africa) find work. When asked whether this would be seen as encouraging child labor, CZ said: "I need to be careful. We do not want to violate any laws regarding working age. We are also willing to cooperate with the labor department to review or at least explore the appropriate working age for children."
