PANews reported on April 25 that according to Cointelegraph, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a joint document with the Seattle Federal Court on April 24, seeking to withdraw the unregistered securities issuance lawsuit against the blockchain project Dragonchain, stating that the Crypto Special Working Group has made progress in developing a regulatory framework. Previously, the SEC accused Dragonchain and its founder Joseph Roets of raising $16.5 million during the 2017 ICO, constituting a securities issuance violation. The case has been delayed multiple times after Trump issued a crypto-friendly executive order. Affected by the news, the Dragonchain token DRGN rose 95% intraday.
