PANews reports on May 5th that according to official information from PayPal, the payment giant plans to officially launch its payment services in physical retail stores in the German market this summer.
This will mark PayPal's first expansion of its payment functionality to offline physical stores in Germany. According to the announcement, German users will be able to use the PayPal App on their smartphones (supporting iOS and Android platforms) to complete payments at all point of sale terminals (POS) that accept Mastercard contactless payments.
