This upgrade is a first stepping stone to bootstrapping a more native rollup ecosystem on Celestia, and Lazybridging on mainnet.
Next step is adding a ZK-based security module to Hyperlane to allow for proof-based bridging of Celestia rollups to the Celestia L1.
