Both have ten years of experience in financial technology and digital assets, previously working at MJC Partners and BTIG respectively. The department will provide four core services: 1) Digital asset corporate listing strategy and financing; 2) Cryptocurrency reserve management consulting; 3) Cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions; 4) Strategic cooperation for traditional financial institutions entering the digital market. The company's CEO Ed Tilly stated that this expansion forms a synergy with its global brokerage business, providing real-time data and derivatives services to clients through cloud-native technology stack.
