According to ChainCatcher, the "Web3 High-Value Assets Safety and Compliance Seminar (Hong Kong Station)" was successfully held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kowloon. The event was hosted by the Hong Kong Trust Association, with support from Hong Kong Trust Asset Management Co., Ltd., Heritage Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Enterprise Association, HKTWeb3, and Pearl Technology Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., attracting numerous domestic and international Web3 industry professionals to discuss new pathways for industry compliance development.
The seminar featured themed sharing and free exchange sessions. Chen Zhuoji, Business Development Director of Heritage Asset Management Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on "Hong Kong Web3 Market Analysis and Outlook," providing an in-depth interpretation of the current development status, achievements, and challenges of the Hong Kong Web3 industry. Subsequently, Mei Yingting, Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Trust Asset Management Co., Ltd., shared insights on the "Compliance Landing Pathway for Web3 Assets in Hong Kong," focusing on the critical role of trust structures in virtual asset security management, inheritance, and practical applications.
The organizers also arranged a tea break networking session to facilitate in-depth communication and resource connection among participants. The seminar concluded that, with forward-looking policy support and tax advantages, Hong Kong is becoming an important base for global Web3 project compliance. The Hong Kong Trust Association stated that it will continue to promote a series of forums to promote the healthy and compliant development of the Web3 ecosystem in Hong Kong.
