PANews reported on July 18 that AI data collection company Sapien announced the establishment of a non-profit entity, Sapien Foundation, responsible for maintaining the ecosystem and developing the $SAPIEN token. The foundation will focus on infrastructure construction, governance guidance, and protocol openness, encouraging users to contribute knowledge and receive rewards. $SAPIEN uses a proof-of-stake mechanism, rewarding quality contributions and penalizing bad behavior to ensure an ecosystem that is transparent, fair, and community-driven.
Previously, AI data collection company Sapien completed a $10.5 million seed round of funding, led by Variant.
