PANews reports on August 12th that according to Bitcoin Laws, the Wisconsin State Senate has introduced a new bill SB386, requiring Bitcoin ATM operators to implement comprehensive user identity verification (KYC).
The bill stipulates that users must provide photo ID proof for each transaction, with a single transaction limit of $1,000, and collect other personal information. Additionally, operators must obtain a funds transfer license and display warning messages on terminal devices.
