TCEX increased its charter Capital to 101 billion VND, a big step forward in the crypto asset market in Vietnam.
Recently, Techcom Cryptocurrency Exchange Joint Stock Company (TCEX) has officially adjusted its business registration, increasing its charter Capital from VND 3 billion to VND 101 billion. This is XEM a strong step, affirming its determination to expand its operations in the digital asset sector - an industry that is attracting special attention in Vietnam.
TCEX was established on May 5, 2024, headquartered at Techcombank Building, 6 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The General Director and legal Vai is Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh (born in 1971) - an experienced person in the financial sector. Mr. Minh is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) , Techcom Capital Management Joint Stock Company and Wealthtech Innovations Joint Stock Company .
When it was first established, TCEX had a charter Capital of only 3 billion VND, of which Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh held 89% (2.67 billion VND), TCBS contributed 9.9% (297 million VND), and TechcomCapital owned 1.1% (33 million VND). The increase in charter Capital to 101 billion VND in less than 3 months shows that TCEX's acceleration strategy to gain a position in the crypto asset market is taking shape.
Notably, the new shareholder structure after the Capital increase was not announced , causing the financial community to raise many questions about the participation of potential strategic investors. Many experts believe that this move could pave the way for TCEX to soon launch digital asset trading products and services for domestic investors.
Meanwhile, the crypto asset market in Vietnam has witnessed a strong transformation in recent times.
