Solemn Statement

Recently, some organizations and individuals in society have used my name and the name of my late father, Mr. Henry Fok Ying-Tong, to carry out false propaganda and activities. I deeply regret this and strongly condemn it.

The Huo family has always adhered to the teachings of our father, "Take from society and give back to society," and has always cherished its reputation and been cautious in its words and deeds.

To set the record straight, I hereby clarify:

I have never authorized or participated in any RWA activities other than the RWA Research Institute (RWARI.com), nor held any position in any other RWA or virtual asset institution other than the RWA Research Institute.

Any misappropriation of my or my family's name constitutes a serious infringement, damaging not only my reputation but also the trust of society. I reserve all rights to pursue legal action.

As descendants of the Huo family, we have a sense of social responsibility. We urge all sectors of society to be vigilant and be careful to avoid being deceived and suffering unnecessary losses.
