A lot of intelligent takes have been posted on Friday’s events so far. I’ll keep mine short.

1. The alt market for the foreseeable future is over. The level of wealth destruction and the way it was executed will be seared in participants’ brains for some time.

2. Long/short strategies are not viable in crypto. These strategies work in normal market circumstances, but fail in situations when you need them the most. 

3. Contagion will happen but the extent of it is yet to be determined. I hope nothing massive has broken.

4. Goodbye DATs.
