According to ChainCatcher, EdgeX Labs, a pioneer in decentralized computing and Web3 intelligent infrastructure, has officially changed its name to EdgeAI Labs, marking a new stage of development for the project, dedicated to building the next-generation AI inference infrastructure network.
Officials said that the name change reflects EdgeAI Labs' long-term strategic vision: to build a distributed, privacy-protected, and energy-efficient AI inference network to support the global deployment and expansion of intelligent models.
Previously, EdgeAI Labs received investments from well-known institutions such as Ryze Labs, Waterdrip Capital, KuCoin Ventures, DepinLabs, and ZC Capital.
