We've received an outpouring of support for my commonsense Cold Weather Diesel Reliability Act, which would overturn the one-size-fits-all EPA regulation that mandates emissions systems—in trucks and heavy equipment—that can cause engines to shut down when temperatures drop below 12 degrees Fahrenheit. My bill would fix this overreaching regulation that ignores our state’s cold climate and endangers Alaskans.
