This analogy might be helpful explaining bitcoin to fitness minded folks like I did with my fitness coach this morning. Bitcoin is a long term project, like building muscle. There are bulk phases & cut phases. Bull markets are like bulks…weight goes up fast, some of it is real muscle, most is fat. Bear markets are like cuts…the fat disappears & you’re left with strong hands & more muscle that forms the base for an even bigger bulk. DCA Daily Consistent Actions (fitness) AND Dollar Cost Averaging (bitcoin) Going all-in on BTC without understanding volatility & risk is like jumping on steroids to get quick results without knowing the side effects. The strategy only works if you can stick with it for years. If you know the risks of what you’re doing, ACCELERATE! If not, DCA is the way.
