I strongly disagree with Luo Yonghao's views. I taught the same GRE logic course as Luo Yonghao for three years. I was also a renowned teacher at New Oriental. Many of my later employees were my former students. They were paid less than others because this course was essentially a "watered-down" course (a course taught by unqualified individuals). If the boss raised the salary of teachers of such courses, it would create an unfair system. This is what the boss should consider. Luo Yonghao taught two days a week.
